What a glorious weekend. The Reunion was a success. We had more than 120 members from the batch77...from all over Malaysia, even Brunei and USA. There was a lot of tears that flowed, even as we were just about to register our names.

There was also a ot of shrieking and screaming when somebody saw a familiar face. However, nobody cared about the commotion. We were just happy and excited at meeting friends who some we have not met or crossed path in the last 30 years. Many are working in the Klang Valley, but, marriage, family and work commitments had kept us apart.

It was also a tough time for many of us as we could not put a name to a face. My... how most of us have changed. That prompted the Committee Members to provide us with name tags! Just like when we first met each other in STF 30 years ago.

The Reunion was the brainchild of KDYTM Tengku Puan Pahang, Tengku Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah. She started the brilliant idea and what do you know... we managed to pursuade that many to come.

STF BATCH 77 REUNION - FRIDAY

This picture says a thousand words. They are some of my friends from batch 77. This was one of the six classes that year.

Tomorrow, more than 100 of us wil be meeting again. Some have not see each other for the last 30 years. I hope I will be able to recognise all of them.

Our sizes might have changed, our wrinkles may have shown, but our " semangat srikandi" will live forever.
